If you have any issues with your apparel, please follow the steps below to ensure a proper exchange and/ord return.

If you do not have a printer accessible, follow the steps & policy below:
We offer a 30 day (from date of purchase) exchange/return policy.
Once your order passes the day mark, this policy no longer applies to your order. The item(s) must be in the exact condition as received, not washed, not worn, labels/hangtags attached, and odor-free (make sure when trying an item on that you are not wearing a deodorant/body spray that will leave stains/fragrances).

"Sale" items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Include (on a note inside the package):
-Full name (that you ordered with)
-Email (that you ordered with)
-Return address
-Sized needed (or state "return")

Upon receiving your exchange, we will inspect, process, and ship out the new item(s) within 1-2 business days. The delivery time is 2–4 working days, but on some routes 5 days. If any problems occur with apply on top of the processing time. If any problems occur with your exchange, such as size desired being sol out or item not passing inspection, we will immidiately notify you by email.

For returns, we will inspect the items(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional time for this to show up on your account/card.

Right of complaint at

Here you can read about what to do if you think there is a fault with your item and you want to make use of the warranty or your right to make a complaint.

You normally have 2 years right of complaint from when you receive the item. This means that, depending on the situation, you can get the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price. This of course assumes that the complaint is justified, i.e. that the damage/defect has not occurred as a result of incorrect handling of the product, general wear and tear or other damage-promoting behaviour.

When does the warranty cover?
An example of incorrect handling of a watch could be if the watch has suffered water damage as a result of the crown having been pulled out while the watch has been in contact with water. This will not be considered a legitimate complaint, even if the watch is originally waterproof.

An example of normal wear and tear is if the watch's leather or fabric strap is broken or otherwise broken after 1.5 years of use. This will not be considered a legitimate complaint. If, on the other hand, the strap breaks a few days after you have received it, it is probably a manufacturing fault, and this will fall within your right of complaint.

A rule of thumb for watches is that internal faults (typically faults in the watch's movement) are covered by the warranty, provided that the fault has not occurred under the circumstances mentioned. External faults are rarely covered, unless they are detected immediately after receiving the item.

If you want to advertise
If you wish to complain about an item, we ask that you always contact our customer service before you create a complaint case or send your item to us.

As we do not have our own workshop, the product must often be sent directly to the manufacturer/importer or an independent repairer. This guarantees that the complaint case is dealt with as quickly as possible by people with the necessary expertise. It is therefore important that you contact customer service first, as the product often has to be sent to a different address. Complaints normally take between 2-4 weeks, in very special cases it can take up to 8 weeks if special parts are missing.

If the complaint is not justified, an administration fee of NOK 250 will sometimes be charged, as well as cover for shipping costs for returning the item.
